A holistic workshop for everyone! Experience the connection of body and breath through movement that supports your energy, elasticity, and inner strength. The workshop is open to instructors and trainers from various movement disciplines.
Fascia – Breath – Strength brings together three key areas:
- Fascia: multi-directional movement, improved elasticity, working with tension and flow
- Breath: breathing techniques supporting stabilization, nervous system regulation, and higher movement quality
- Strength: functional strength, activation of deep muscle layers, and natural movement patterns
This workshop integrates the latest insights into the fascial system, principles of functional breathing, and conscious training. It is designed for instructors, trainers, and group fitness leaders who want to understand their bodies more deeply and work with them effectively and safely.
During the workshop, we’ll explore how fascia—our connective, responsive, and communicative system—behaves during movement, stress, and recovery. Participants will learn to recognize tension patterns, improve tissue elasticity, and create smoother, more natural movement.
Breathwork is treated not only as a relaxation tool, but as an active element influencing stabilization, muscle activation, body awareness, and nervous system balance.
The third pillar is strength—not isolated exercises, but functional movement patterns linked to fascial lines that support whole-body integration. You’ll learn how to build strength from the core to the periphery, work with deep layers of the body, and combine stability, elasticity, and coordination into one fluid movement experience.
The workshop offers:
- breathing exercises to support stability, performance, and relaxation
- functional strength sequences suitable for different fitness levels
- clear explanations of fascial principles
- practical applications for training and everyday movement
- recommendations for further bodywork and for leading group or individual sessions

Throughout this exceptional day, you’ll learn how to apply breathing techniques in energy phases 1 to 4 and experience how conscious breathing deepens every exercise. You’ll dive into dynamic breathing, integrate DEEPWORK exercises, and create deeper, more intense, and more powerful experiences.
You’ll also learn how to design meaningful closing sequences for BODYART classes, guiding participants smoothly into energy phase 5—the final state of release, harmony, and awareness.
Everything is practical—you breathe, move, and train all day. This is a full immersion into the harmony of movement and breath, a journey that will elevate your teaching and awaken new energy within you.
